Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding individual to handle implementing our in-house SaaS platform for eLearning. You will manage implementation of AI-enabled projects at all stages – from ideation to rollout. In this position, you will play a major role in bringing education technology to the next level. You will work closely with our Technical Lead and Management stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities

• Driving & managing projects independently

• Ensuring timely delivery of projects in cooperation with the team of Data Scientists and Developers

• Defining the right level of involvement for each stakeholder and conducting an integrated communication management

• Hold team and client status meetings to provide visibility to the project's progress, deadline, goals, objectives, and issues.

• Ensuring coordination between the functional and technical teams

• Defining dependencies and ensuring overall project success

• Coach and guide team members to complete tasks and project deliverable.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in a (leading) project management function, ideally in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Media.

• University degree in a tech related program or with focus on quantitative methods (e.g. mathematics, informatics, statistics, data science)

• Experienced in stakeholder management and strong communication skills

• Experience with leading teams and developing junior staff, including technical and functional staff

• Programming experience is a big plus

• Pro-active and hands on approach to challenges and getting things done mindset

• Fluent English, both verbally and written
